Pay for Agoo Forms

   Go to Billing in your workspace's menu. Owners and Billing members can open it.

   Under Choose a Level, pick Monthly or Yearly, then select Choose Forms Plus or Choose Forms Team.

   Check what you pay today, with taxes, and select the Pay button to go to Paystack's secure page.

   Pay with Mobile Money or a card. The new level is yours as soon as Paystack confirms, and the invoice is kept under Invoices.

Good to Know

• Yearly billing is two months free.
• Moving up is immediate: you pay for a fresh period, less the days left of this one. Moving down happens at the end of the period.
• A card you pay with is kept to renew. Remove it under How You Pay with Remove the card, and renewals come as an invoice to pay with Mobile Money or a card.
• Set the name and, for a business, the TIN printed on invoices under On Your Invoices.
• To cancel, select Move to Forms Free. You keep your level until the end of the period you paid for.
• Your organisation's workspace is paid in ConsoleSettingsBilling with the rest of its plan, never here.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The page says it's confirming your payment. It updates on its own, usually within a minute. Paying twice by mistake is refunded.
• The card was declined. The invoice shows why. Pay it again under Renewal to Pay, with Mobile Money or another card.
• You're an NGO. Verified NGOs get Forms Plus free and money off Forms Team on yearly billing. See Agoo for Good on the Billing page.
