Reset Your Password

   On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?.

   Type your email and select Email me a link.

   Open the link in the email and choose a new password. The eye in the field shows what you've typed.

   To change it while signed in, go to ConsoleYour accountSign-in and security and use Password.

Good to Know

• Use a long phrase: at least 12 characters, or 15 without an authenticator, and never one from a known data breach.
• You can always sign in with an email code instead of a password.
• Agoo emails you whenever your password changes.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The link has expired or was used. Ask for a new one from Forgot your password?.
• Agoo says your password appeared in a data breach. Change it straight away to a phrase you don't use anywhere else.
• You still can't get in. Sign in with an email code, then set a new password.
