Add or Import Your Branches

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   Select Branches.

   To add one, select Add a branch, fill in its name, town, address and other details, and select Add the branch.

   To import a list, select Import your list, then Choose a CSV file or paste it in. Download the Template if you need the columns.

   Select Check every row and read what the import would do.

   Select Import, which shows how many new and changed branches it brings in.

Good to Know

• Listing every branch is free. Each branch gets its own page and score, and readers find it in your branch finder.
• A CSV needs a header row with name and town at least. It can also have code, type, address, digital address, region, latitude, longitude, phone, hours and status.
• Nothing changes until you import, and you can undo an import for 7 days.
• Tick This is our full list. to send any branch on Agoo Reviews that isn't in your list to a moderator to check. It's never closed by itself.
• If your organisation uses Agoo, branches made from your Agoo sites are changed in the Agoo Console.

If Something Goes Wrong

• A row can't be used. The check says why in plain words. Fix the row and check again.
• You have the same branch twice. Select the copy button beside one, choose The branch it repeats and select Tell a moderator.
• A change says "A change waits for a moderator". Some changes are checked against a public source before they show.
