Close a Branch for Now or for Good

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   Select Branches, find the branch and select Change.

   Under Status, choose Closed for now or Closed for good.

   For Closed for now, add the date it Reopens on if you know it, and a Note for readers, such as "Closed for renovation".

   Select Save.

Good to Know

• Either way, the branch's reviews stay and keep counting in your score for their 24 months.
• A branch closed for now still takes reviews of earlier visits.
• A branch with reviews is never removed. Closing it is how you take it out of use.
• Branch managers can close their own branches for now. Closing for good is for head office.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Change button. You're a responder on this page. Ask the owner or a manager.
• "Change this in the Console: it's one of your Agoo sites." The branch comes from your Agoo organisation. Change it in the Agoo Console.
• The branch reopened. Change its Status back to Open.
