Ask a Form's Maker for Your Data or to Delete It

   Open the form and select Your data at its foot. It works even for a closed form.

   Under What are you asking for?, choose a copy, a correction, deletion or an objection. Add your name and email address.

   Select Email me a code, type The 6-digit code and select Continue.

   Add anything that helps them find your answers, such as the reference from your thank-you page, and select Send the request.

Good to Know

• You get a reference by email with the date your request is due.
• A copy is due within 40 days. A correction, deletion or objection is due within 30 days, under Ghana's Data Protection Act.
• The person, team or organisation named on the form decides what your answers are for, so they answer you.
• They may ask you to show who you are before they share or change anything.

If Something Goes Wrong

• They haven't answered by the due date. Agoo follows it up. Write to support@agoohq.com with your reference for help.
• The code email hasn't come. Check spam, then select Send another code or Use another address.
• You want to know what Agoo itself holds about you. Write to support@agoohq.com.
