Fill In and Send a Form Made with Agoo Forms

   Open the form's link or scan its QR code. Most forms need no account and no app.

   If it says Sign In to Answer, select Sign in to answer, sign in with your Agoo account and you come straight back to the form.

   If it says Confirm Your Email First, type Your email address, select Email me a code, type The 6-digit code and select Confirm.

   Answer the questions, selecting Next to go on and Back to change an earlier page.

   Select Send on the last page.

   Keep the reference you're shown, such as R-7K3M9QX2, in case you need to contact the form's maker.

Good to Know

• What you type is kept on your device as you go. If you close the page, it says We kept what you'd typed when you come back. Select Start again to clear it.
• If you go offline, keep going: your answers stay on your device until you're back.
• Sending twice never makes two responses.
• The form says who receives your answers. Agoo Forms will never ask for your password or PIN.

If Something Goes Wrong

• It says we couldn't reach Agoo. Your answers are kept. Check your connection and select Send again.
• It says you've already answered. The form takes one response a person. To change your answers, contact its maker with your reference.
• The form says it's closed. It's no longer taking responses. Contact whoever shared it.
• The code email hasn't come. Check spam, then select Send another code or Use another address.
