- Open a business's page and go to Good to Know. Each fact says yes, no, not known or disputed, and who said so.
- If you've reviewed the place, select Were you there? Confirm, then Yes or No for anything you know.
- To compare, save two or three places to a list, open the list, and select Compare the first 3.
- Use the buttons under a page's contacts, such as Book or Order, to go straight to them. Each says where it goes.
Good to Know
- In the Agoo Reviews app: on a place's page, select More (the three dots) › Compare with other places, up to three.
- Facts come from the business or from customers who reviewed the place, with the date. Nothing is guessed from a review's words.
- A fact most customers dispute shows as Disputed. What nobody has said shows as Not known.
- Holiday closings and special hours show under Good to Know, and Open now and Compare's Hours today follow them. A branch shows its own and the whole business's; the business's page shows only its own.
- In search, choose Practical needs such as Mobile money or Step-free entrance to see only places where one branch has all of them confirmed (in the town you chose, if you chose one). The order never changes.
- To confirm or dispute a branch's fact, your review of that branch must be showing.
- No business can pay for a fact, a button or a better place in a comparison.
If Something Goes Wrong
- I can't confirm a fact. Only people who reviewed the place in the last two years can. Write about your visit first.
- A fact is wrong. Select No for it if you've been, or use Suggest a correction on the page.
