Write a Review on Agoo Reviews

   Go to agoo.reviews and select Write a review, or open the place's page and select Write a review there.

   Type the place's name under Find the place to review and choose it.

   If the place lists its products and services, choose one under What's Your Review About?, such as Data bundles, or choose the business in general.

   If you're asked Which Branch Was It? or Which Branch Did You Visit?, choose the branch. For an app, mobile money, a call centre or a delivery, choose Online, phone and app or Not about one branch.

   Under How Was It?, choose from one to five stars.

   Give your review a Title and write Your review: what was good, what wasn't, and what a reader should know.

   Under When Was Your Visit?, choose the Month of your visit.

   Under Photos and Proof (Optional), add photos of what you saw or proof of your visit if you like.

   Under Before You Send It, tick This is my own experience. and, before your first review, agree to the guidelines.

    Select Send review. If you aren't signed in yet, select Sign in and send and confirm the code we send you.

Most reviews are checked against the guidelines in a few seconds and then appear on the page. You'll see Your review is live, or a note that it's being checked.

Good to Know

• You're asked for the branch only when it matters. Something you use from anywhere, such as data or an app, goes to Online, phone and app, and a place with one branch is chosen for you. The line About: shows what was chosen; select Change to pick another.
• What your review is about shows with it, so readers find reviews of the same thing. Your stars still count for the whole business.
• In the Agoo Reviews app, open the place and tap Write a review. A review you're writing stays on your phone if the network drops.
• Your review shows your first name and the first letter of your last name, or the name you chose. No business ever sees your phone number or email address.
• Some places, such as clinics, schools and places of worship, have stricter rules. The form tells you, and every review of them is read by a person first.
• Photos are checked before they show and never change your stars. Proof for Agoo only goes to Agoo's moderators alone. See Add Photos or Proof to a Review.
• You can rate parts of the visit with extra stars where the form offers them. They show on your review but never change the score.
• You can't review a business you work for or own, or one that offered you anything for the review.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The send button asks you to change something. Read the list under Change this before sending:. Phone numbers, email addresses and links have to come out first.
• You see "Agoo Reviews is opening soon." New accounts may still need an invitation. Reading stays open to everyone.
• You can't find the place. It may not be listed yet. Add a missing business, then review it.
• The branch you visited isn't in the list. Search for it, then select Suggest a missing branch (how suggestions work).
