Clock In and Out with Agoo Workspace

   Open Agoo Workspace and go to Me.

   Tap Clock in when you arrive, or Clock out before you leave.

   If you work at more than one site, pick the site you're at.

   Wait a few seconds while Agoo checks you're at the site. If your organisation asks for a selfie, take it.

   You'll see Clocked in at your site, with the time.

At a kiosk that shows a code, you can instead tap Scan the kiosk's code and scan the code under "Using the Agoo app?".

Good to Know

• Clocking in at the site on your phone comes with your organisation's Starter plan and above. Scanning the kiosk's code works on every plan.
• The app checks your location once, when you tap the button, and never follows you.
• On your site's Wi-Fi, you may count as being at the site even when location is weak.
• The first time, the app shows your organisation's notices for location and selfies before it uses them.
• With no signal, your punch is saved on your phone, at the time you made it, and shows as Sending until it reaches Agoo.
• The app only ever clocks in the person signed in to it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "You're not at your site yet". Move closer to the building, or see why clock-in was refused.
• A punch shows Not recorded. Agoo couldn't accept it when it arrived. Tell your manager the time, so they can add it.
• There's no Clock in button. Your organisation doesn't keep your time in Agoo, or your site only takes clock-in at the kiosk.
