Edit Your Profile

Change the name you go by, your pronouns, mobile number and job details, and choose light or dark.

  1. Open Your accountYour profile.

  2. Under Your details, change your Full name, Name you go by (optional), Pronouns (optional), Mobile number, Job title or Department.

  3. Select Save details.

Good to Know

  • Agoo greets you with the name you go by. Leave it empty to use your first name.
  • Your pronouns show next to your name in the directory.
  • Your mobile number is where SMS and WhatsApp alerts go. A local number such as 024 123 4567 is fine.
  • Under Appearance, choose Light, Dark or Same as this device. It's kept with your account, so every device looks the same.
  • Your organisations lists every organisation you belong to. Switch between them with the organisation menu in the side bar.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • A field can't be changed. Your organisation looks after it. Ask an Owner or Admin to change it.
  • Your phone number is refused. Ghanaian numbers can be local. Others need the country code.
