End Agoo Support Access and See Past Access

Close Agoo's access to your organisation at any time, and review who opened it, why and what it allowed.

  1. Select End access in the banner at the top of the Console.

  2. Or go to ConsoleSettingsSecurity, find Agoo support access and select End access beside the open access.

Support's access ends straight away.

Good to Know

  • Agoo support access in ConsoleSettingsSecurity lists each past access: who opened it, why, when, what it allowed and who ended it.
  • For emergency access, Agoo's written report is kept with it there.
  • Every step is also in your audit trail, under Agoo support.
  • Owners and Admins can end access.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • You can't find Agoo support access. It shows to Owners and Admins in ConsoleSettingsSecurity.
  • Support still needs to help after you ended it. Ask them to open it again. You're told each time.
