Invite an Organisation to Your Group

   Open your group and go to its Organisations tab.

   Select Invite an organisation and type The organisation's Agoo address: the part before .agoohq.com, shown on its own organisation settings.

   Choose What the group asks for inside it: Totals only, Read-only or Admin.

   Turn on Ask to share watchlists or Offer to pay for its plan if you want them, and add A note to its Owner (optional).

   Send the invitation. Its Owner gets an email and decides in their own settings.

Good to Know

• An organisation must be on a paid plan and in no other group to join.
• On Pro, a group has room for 5 organisations besides the lead, invitations waiting included. Enterprise has no limit.
• An invitation stays open for 30 days. Select Withdraw to take it back.
• The organisation's Owner can accept less access than you asked for, and change it later.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Agoo can't find the organisation. Check the Agoo address with its Owner, without .agoohq.com.
• You need to remove an organisation. Select Remove beside it. Sharing and the group's access inside it end at once, and its Owner is emailed.
