Start a Group of Organisations

   Go to ConsoleSettingsGroup. You need to be your organisation's Owner.

   Under Start a group, type the Group name.

   Select Start the group, and confirm with two-step verification if Agoo asks.

   On the group's Organisations tab, invite the organisations it should bring together.

Your organisation leads the group, and you are the group's Owner.

Good to Know

• Leading a group comes with Pro (up to 5 other organisations) and Enterprise (no limit).
• An organisation can be in one group at a time.
• Open the group from Your groups in the organisation menu, or from the side bar. Its tabs are Overview, Reports, Organisations, Billing and Rules and admins.
• Each organisation keeps its own people, records and plan, and decides what the group gets inside it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't see Start a group. Only the Owner of an organisation on Pro or Enterprise can start one.
• Group pages ask for two-step verification. They need it in your session. Turn it on in Sign-in and security in the menu under your name.
