Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling and select Change plan, or open the invoice you want to pay.
- Under Pay by bank transfer or purchase order, add your PO number if you have one, and select Get an invoice.
Open the invoice. Under Pay by bank transfer or cheque it shows the Bank, Account name, Account number and Reference to quote.
- Pay by transfer quoting the reference, or by cheque payable to the account name with the reference on the back.
We mark the invoice paid when the money arrives, and email the Owner a receipt.
Good to Know
- An invoice is due in 14 days, 30 with a purchase order, or by its renewal date.
- Part payments add up.
- You can have one unpaid transfer invoice at a time. While it waits, you can't change plan by card or MoMo.
- Organisations that agree to pay only by invoice get their invoices by email, two weeks before each renewal.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Bank transfer isn't set up yet." Pay by MoMo or card, or write to us.
- Your invoice was cancelled for being unpaid. Ask for a new one in Billing.
- You deduct withholding tax. Tell us when you pay and send the certificate.
