Put Your Logo and Colours on Your Forms

See what your level brings to how forms look, and where your organisation's logo and colours come from.

  • Plans: Forms Plus and up
  • Updated 27 October 2026
  • 1 min read
  1. Open Workspace Settings and find Branding. It shows what your level includes.
  2. In your organisation's workspace, set your logo and colours in ConsoleSettingsBranding. Your forms take them from there.

  3. Open one of your forms to check how it looks to the people answering.

Good to Know

  • Forms Free shows a small "Made with Agoo Forms" line on each form, and Agoo's mark in its QR code.
  • Forms Plus puts your logo on every form, its pages and emails, and in the middle of its QR codes, with no "Made with" line.
  • Forms Team adds your colour to buttons, chosen answers and QR codes, checked for contrast in light and dark. Forms on your website can take its colours too.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Your logo doesn't show. Check your level in Workspace Settings, then check the logo is set in your organisation's branding in the Console.
  • You're in a team or personal workspace. Choosing a workspace's own logo and colours isn't open yet outside an organisation's workspace.
