Share a Form by Link, WhatsApp or QR Code

   Open a published form and select the Share tab.

   Under The form's link, select Copy beside the link or the Short link.

   Select Share on WhatsApp to open WhatsApp on your own phone or computer with the link ready, or Share… for your phone's share sheet.

   Under QR code, select PNG for printing or SVG for a designer.

Good to Know

• The short link fits in a text message and shows how many opens and responses came through it.
• The QR code holds the short link, so scans count as opens.
• Agoo sends nothing on WhatsApp for you: the message goes from your own account.
• The QR code carries Agoo's mark on Forms Free, your logo from Forms Plus, and your colour too on Forms Team.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The links don't work yet. The form isn't published. Select Publish first.
• People say the form is closed. It's closed, has reached the month's responses, or is waiting for a check. See Close a Form or Limit Its Responses.
• Copy doesn't work. Your browser blocked it. Select the link and copy it yourself.
