Go to ConsoleSettingsSecurity and find Sign in with Google and Microsoft.
- Turn Google and Microsoft sign-in on or off, and choose whether personal accounts may be used.
- To allow only work accounts, add your Google Workspace domains, or your Microsoft organisation. Save.
- Sign in with an account your rules allow, so you can't lock yourself out.
Turn on Require Google or Microsoft sign-in, check how many members haven't signed in this way yet, and confirm with your authenticator's code.
Every member is emailed when you require it.
Good to Know
- The Owner can always sign in with their password and authenticator, whatever the rules.
- Sign-ins that no longer meet the rules lose access at once.
- Someone in several organisations is affected only where the rules apply.
- Agoo can't see when an employer suspends someone's Google or Microsoft account. Remove leavers in People, which ends their access at once.
- These rules are on every plan.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You can't turn on Require. You must be signed in with an account the rules allow. Sign out and sign in with Google or Microsoft first.
- Staff say their IT must approve Agoo. Your IT team approves Agoo once in Google or Microsoft; docs.agoohq.com has the steps.
