Make Sign-Ins Shorter for Your Organisation

   Go to ConsoleSettingsSecurity and find How long sign-ins last.

   Choose how long Keep me signed in lasts in the Console.

   Choose how often Agoo Workspace asks for the password again.

   Save. Sign-ins already past a new length end within the hour.

To sign one person out everywhere, open them in ConsolePeopleDirectory, find where they're signed in, and choose to sign them out everywhere, with a reason if you like.

Good to Know

• You can only make sign-ins shorter than Agoo's own lengths.
• Someone in several organisations gets the shortest of their organisations' lengths.
• Changes are recorded in the audit trail.
• Admins can't sign out the Owner.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't see How long sign-ins last. Only Owners and Admins see it.
• Someone signed out can still get in. Signing out doesn't remove their access. Remove their sign-in in People if they've left.
