See What's New and Planned Maintenance

   Open the bell at the top of any page. New updates from Agoo show there.

   Or open the ? at the top and select What's new to see every recent update.

   Read a maintenance or action banner over the page. A maintenance banner says when it starts and ends.

   Close a maintenance banner with its close button once you've read it. It stays closed for you on every page.

Good to Know

• Opening What's new marks updates as read, so the bell stops counting them.
• Some updates are only for Owners and Admins, or for certain plans. You see only the ones meant for you.
• A banner that asks your organisation to do something can't be closed. It links straight to the page that does it, and goes when the date passes.
• Agoo emails Owners and Admins about planned maintenance and anything they must do. Product news stays in the Console.

If Something Goes Wrong

• What's new isn't in the help menu. It shows once you're working in an organisation. Choose your organisation in the organisation menu first.
• You closed a banner by mistake. You'll find the same update in What's new.
