  1. In the business area, go to Your page and find Practical Facts.
  2. For each fact, choose Yes or No. Select it again to leave it unset.
  3. Under Buttons on Your Page, paste a full link starting https:// for Book, Order, Enquire, Menu and prices or Register, then select Save the buttons.

  4. Under Holiday and Special Hours, choose a day, then Closed all day or Open with the hours, add a note, and select Save the day.

  5. Or select a suggested holiday, such as Closed on Christmas Day, to add it in one go.
Business area → Your page → Practical Facts

Good to Know

  • In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › Your Page, under Holiday and Special Hours, Buttons on Your Page and Practical Facts.
  • Readers see each fact with the date you confirmed it. Customers who reviewed you can dispute one, so keep them true.
  • Open now and your hours follow the days you set. Past days go by themselves. A day set for the whole business shows on every branch; a branch's own day shows on that branch only, never on the business's main page.
  • In search, a reader asking for several facts finds you only where one branch has them all.
  • Your Agoo booking page or Agoo form shows as such on its button. Any other link shows its site's name.
  • A closed branch shows no buttons; one closed for now shows them as paused.
  • All of this is free and the same for every page. It never changes your score or your place in search.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • "Only head office sets the facts for the whole page." You look after some branches. Ask the page's owner or a head-office manager.
  • "Give a full address starting https://" Copy the link from your browser's address bar.
