Switch Between Organisations or Start a New One

   Open the organisation menu at the top of the side bar. It lists every organisation you belong to, with your role in each.

   Select an organisation to switch to it.

   To start another organisation, select New organisation in the same menu.

   Fill in the Organisation name, Sector and Sites, and add anything else Agoo should know.

   Select Send the request. When Agoo approves it, you get an email to open it as its Owner.

Good to Know

• One Agoo sign-in covers every organisation you belong to, on every plan.
• Each organisation keeps its own people, sites, records, branding and plan. Nothing crosses between them.
• To join an organisation that already uses Agoo, ask its Owner or an Admin to invite you, then open the link in their email while you're signed in.
• Groups you look after are listed under Your groups in the same menu.

If Something Goes Wrong

• An organisation is missing from the menu. You haven't accepted its invitation yet, or your access there has ended. Ask its Owner or an Admin.
• Your request for a new organisation hasn't been answered. Agoo's team reviews every request by hand and emails you when it's approved. Check your spam or junk folder too.
