A Feature Says It's Not on Your Plan

   Read the note beside the feature. It says which plan includes it, such as "Brand colours are included from the Growth plan".

   Select See plans, or go to ConsoleSettingsBilling, to compare plans.

   Ask your Owner to change the plan, or free up room within your plan, such as turning off a visitor type you don't use.

Good to Know

• Moving to a lower plan never deletes your data. Features above the plan stop, and what you set up is kept for when you move up.
• Published forms keep being asked after a downgrade. To publish a change, the form has to fit your plan.
• Some limits are counts, such as sites, kiosks or visitor types. Removing or turning one off frees its place.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You upgraded but the feature is still locked. Reload the page. If it's still locked, check the payment went through in ConsoleSettingsBilling.
• You can't change the plan. Only people who manage billing can. Ask your Owner.
