- Check you're in the right organisation. Open the organisation menu at the top of the side bar and choose it.
Search for the page with Search or jump to… or ⌘ K. It finds only pages you can open.
If it still isn't there, ask your organisation's Owner or an Admin to check your role and sites in ConsoleSettingsRoles.
Good to Know
- The side bar shows only the pages your role allows. A receptionist, a host and an Admin each see a different menu.
- Many roles cover only the sites you're assigned to, so you see visits and people at those sites only.
- Some pages appear only once a feature is in use, such as Groups when your organisation is in one.
- Your profile, sign-in and security, and personal notifications are always in the menu under your name.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You had access yesterday and lost it. An Admin may have changed your role, or your organisation's plan changed. Ask them.
- A button is there but greyed out. Hold the pointer over it: it often says why, such as a plan limit or a missing step.
- You're the Owner and still can't see something. It may not be on your plan. See A Feature Says It's Not on Your Plan.
