Account for Everyone in a Roll Call

   Open the roll call from the banner at the top of the Console, or from ConsoleSecurityRoll call.

   Show Still to account for first.

   Use Find someone to search the list by name.

   Select Mark safe for each person you can see.

   When everyone is accounted for, or the emergency services take over, select End the alert.

Good to Know

• People who tap "I'm safe" in their message or the Workspace app are marked for you.
• Each person shows how they were accounted for, so nobody is counted twice by different marshals.
• In the Agoo Workspace app, marshals can mark people with no signal; marks are sent when the phone is back online.
• Ending records who ended it and when, stops the links working and keeps the final list.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "The list can't be read just now." It tries again in a few seconds. Keep marking on the Workspace app meanwhile.
• You can't end the roll call. Only Owners, Admins, Site admins and Security leads can.
• Someone was marked safe by mistake. Select Not safe yet beside their name to undo it.
