Before You Start
Make sure receptionists, guards and marshals have the Agoo Workspace app signed in, and that visitors are checking out, so the list is right.
Go to ConsoleSecurityRoll call and select Start a roll call.
- Under Kind of roll call, choose Drill.
- Choose the Site and edit the Message.
- Leave Send everyone their link on to test the messages, or turn it off for a quiet drill counted at the desk.
- Select Start the drill.
- When everyone is accounted for, select End the drill.
Good to Know
- A drill works exactly like a real roll call, and its record says drill.
- Only Owners, Admins, Site admins and Security leads can start a drill or end a roll call.
- Ended roll calls are listed under Recent roll calls, with how many were accounted for.
- Top up the wallet before a drill with messages on, so everyone gets an SMS.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You don't see Drill. Your role can start an emergency alert but not a drill. Ask a Security lead or admin.
- People weren't on the list. Visitors who didn't check in, or staff who didn't clock in, aren't counted. Use the drill to fix those habits.
