Raise the alarm for a site and start a roll call of every visitor and clocked-in member of staff.

Go to ConsoleSecurityRoll call.
- Select Start an emergency alert. If you run roll calls, select Start a roll call and choose Emergency.
- Choose the Site.
- Edit the Message if you like, such as "Fire alarm. Leave by the nearest exit and go to the car park."
- Select Send the emergency alert.
Everyone on site gets an "I'm safe" link, and the alert shows at the top of every Console page for people who see roll calls at that site.
Good to Know
- On a phone, open Desk › Safety in the Agoo Workspace app and tap Emergency alert, then press and hold to send.
- An alert covers one site, and each site has one roll call at a time.
- Roll-call messages go out even in quiet hours. If your SMS allowance and wallet can't pay for a text, Agoo sends an email instead.
- Receptionists and guards can start an alert unless an admin turns that off in ConsoleSettingsSecurity.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Roll call is part of Starter and above." Move to Starter or above to use it.
- The network is down. Sending needs a connection. Raise the alarm on site as you always would, and use the on-site list kept in the Workspace app.
- A roll call is already running. Open it instead of starting another.
