Go to ConsoleYour accountSign-in and security and find Passkeys. In Agoo Workspace, it's Account › Passkeys.
- Select Add a passkey, or Add another passkey, and give it a Name.
- Confirm it's you with your authenticator's code, an emailed code, or a passkey you already have.
- Follow your device: it uses its screen lock, a phone nearby, or a security key you plug in or hold to it.
Good to Know
- A passkey counts as two-step verification, so no code is asked for after it.
- A passkey only answers to Agoo's real address, so a fake page can't steal it.
- Agoo keeps only the passkey's public half. Your fingerprint or face never leaves your device.
- Keep a second passkey, such as a security key, as a spare. Agoo emails you when one is added or removed.
- Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms keep their own passkeys.
If Something Goes Wrong
- There's no Passkeys section. Passkeys aren't available on your account yet. Keep using your password or email code and authenticator.
- "Adding a passkey is paused for a few minutes." Try again soon.
- You want to remove one. Select Remove beside it and confirm it's you. Delete it from your phone's password manager too.
