Add or End an Add-On

   Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling and find Add-ons.

   Choose how many if asked, then select Add beside the add-on.

   Pay for the rest of the current period. After that it renews with your plan.

   To end one, select End beside it. It stops at the end of the period.

Good to Know

• An add-on added mid-period is priced for the days left.
• On an annual plan, a monthly add-on renews for the year at 10 months' price.
• Ending an add-on never deletes anything.
• Things priced for your organisation, such as a white-label app or on-site setup, are under On request: select Request and we send a quote.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No add-ons for this plan." Your plan has none to add. Change plan to see more.
• You can't add or end one. A renewal is waiting to be paid. Pay it first.
