Cancel Your Plan

   Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling.

   Select Cancel the plan.

   Tell us why if you like, then confirm. We email you the date it ends.

Good to Know

• Your plan, add-ons and extras billed with it carry on to the end of the period you've paid for. There's no refund for the rest of it.
• Then your organisation moves to Free with its data kept. Features above Free become read-only.
• Changed your mind? Select Keep my plan before the period ends.
• Cancelling never deletes anything. To delete the whole organisation, the Owner uses Delete the organisation at the bottom of Billing. Export your data first.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't see Cancel the plan. Only the Owner can cancel.
• You want to delete everything now. Use Delete the organisation. We confirm with the Owner before anything is deleted, and it can't be undone.
