Add Your Number to Publish a Form

What Agoo Forms asks for the first time you publish, the country you live in, your age and a verified Ghana mobile number, and how to give them.

  1. In the builder, select Publish.
  2. If it asks Where Do You Live?, choose your Country and select Save.
  3. If it asks Which Applies to You?, choose I'm 18 or over or I'm 16 or 17, and a parent or guardian agrees, then select Save.

  4. If it asks you to add your number, select Add My Number, type your Ghana mobile number and enter the two codes: one to the address you sign in with, and one by text to the new number.

  5. Select Publish again if your form hasn't already published.

You're asked each of these once. Your Agoo ID remembers them, so no other Agoo product asks again.

Good to Know

  • Publishing a form needs a verified Ghana mobile number, or a workspace linked to an Agoo organisation. A workspace linked to your organisation needs no number.
  • Drafts need none of this, and anyone, anywhere can answer a form. Forms you've already published keep running, and you can still edit and close them.
  • The country is where you live now, not your nationality. It stays private, it never shows on a form or your profile, and everyone gets the same checks wherever they live.
  • Agoo Forms accounts are for people aged 16 and over. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree. We never ask for a birth date or any ID. Paid plans are for people aged 18 and over.
  • Change your country any time under Account, in Where You Live.
  • Your number is never shown on your forms. You can see it, or remove it, under Account.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The number is already on another Agoo account. Adding it joins the two accounts, once you've entered both codes, and it counts here.
  • You live outside Ghana and have no Ghana number. For now, publishing is for makers with a Ghana mobile number or a workspace linked to an Agoo organisation. You can still answer forms and keep drafts.
  • The code doesn't arrive. Wait a minute and try again, and check you typed the number the Ghanaian way or in full.
  • It says paid plans are for people aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian can pay from their own account. Your forms carry on at the level you have.
