- Open agooforms.com, choose to sign in, type your email address and select Send me a code. Type the code from the email.
- On Home, select New form, then Blank form or one of the templates.
- Give the form a Title and select Make the form. It opens in the builder.
- Select Add a question, pick a kind of question and type its words in the panel on the right.
- Select Preview to see the form as people will, on a phone or a computer.
- Select Publish. When it says the version is published, select Share it for the link and QR code.
Good to Know
- The first time you sign in, Agoo Forms makes a personal workspace named after you. Forms there are yours alone.
- Your draft is saved as you type, so a closed tab or a power cut loses nothing.
- Nothing sent from Preview is kept or counted.
- You can also sign in with a passkey, Google or Microsoft from the sign-in page.
- Forms Free has unlimited forms and needs no card.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Publish lists things to fix. Select each one to go straight to it, fix it, then select Publish again. Your draft is kept.
- It says the version is waiting for a check. A person on Agoo's safety team looks at it, and you're emailed when it's done. See Appeal a Safety Decision on a Form.
- The code email hasn't come. Check your spam folder, then select Send a new code.
