Publish a Form and Go Back to an Earlier Version
Publish your changes as a new version, fix anything that stops it, and restore an earlier version as your draft.

- In the builder, select Preview and try the form as people will.
- Select Publish.
- If it lists things to fix, select each one to go to it, fix it, then select Publish again.
- When it says the version is published, select Share it to send the form out.
To go back to an earlier version, open More in the builder, select Versions, open the version you want and select Restore as draft. Then publish it.
Good to Know
- A published version never changes. Your edits stay a draft, marked Changes not published, until you publish again.
- People halfway through the version before can still send theirs for a day, and each response remembers the version it answered.
- Versions shows who published each version and when.
- Every version is checked as it's published. Most forms open at once.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says the version is waiting for a check. The form seems to ask for something risky, such as a PIN or card details, or uses the name of a bank, network or government body. It takes no responses until a person on Agoo's safety team has looked, and you're emailed when they have.
- A new workspace can't publish more forms today. New workspaces can publish only a few forms on their first day. Try again tomorrow.
- You restored the wrong version. Select Undo on the message that appears, or restore the right one.
