Add Your Visitor Pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

   Open your pass from the link in your message.

   Under the QR code, select Add to Apple Wallet on an iPhone, or Add to Google Wallet on Android.

   Confirm on your phone to add it.

Good to Know

• It carries the same QR code as your pass page, and works with no network at the gate.
• It updates itself if your visit moves, and is marked as no longer valid when the visit ends or is cancelled.
• Around the time of your visit, an iPhone may show it on the lock screen when you're near.
• To say you're running late or to cancel, open Your pass from the back of the Wallet pass.
• Apple or Google only get the pass's details if you add it. Your phone number and email are never on it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You don't see the buttons. They're hidden while your visit waits for approval, and after it has ended or been cancelled. Use the pass page instead.
• "This pass can't go in a wallet right now." Show the pass page at reception instead.
• The Wallet pass shows an old time. Your phone hasn't had the update yet. Open the pass page, which always has the current details.
