Open and Use Your Visitor Pass

   Open the link in the text message or email you were sent.

   Check the date, time, place and who you're meeting under Your visit.

   Do anything listed under Before you arrive, so reception is quicker.

   Use Directions to open the place in your maps app, and Add to calendar if you like.

   When you arrive, show the QR code at reception or scan it at the kiosk.

Good to Know

• You don't need an app or an account. The pass works in any phone's browser.
• From the pass you can say you're Running late, ask for Another time or cancel with Can't make it?
• If your visit is waiting for someone's approval, the pass says so and updates by itself.
• Keep your pass to yourself. It's for you alone.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't find the message. Ask the person who invited you to send it again.
• "This pass doesn't work any more." The visit was changed, cancelled or replaced. Use the link in your latest message.
• Your phone has no internet at the door. Give your name at reception instead.
