- Read what the pass says, below.
- If it still won't let you in, give your name at reception. They can look up your visit and let you in.
Good to Know
- "This pass doesn't work any more": the visit was cancelled or a new pass was sent. Use the newest link.
- "This pass has expired.": the visit's time has passed. Ask your host for a new invitation.
- "This pass has been used. It lets you in once.": it's single use. Ask reception.
- "Waiting for approval": someone still has to say yes. The page updates by itself.
- "Your visit can't go ahead.": please speak to reception.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Your pass can't open right now." Your connection may be weak. Try again, or give your name at reception.
- The kiosk won't scan your screen. Turn your screen brightness up and hold the phone still, or show it at reception.
