Choose a Level of Review Tools

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   Select Levels. Your current level is marked Your level.

   Under Choose a Level, pick Reviews Plus or Reviews Business, and Monthly or Yearly, two months free.

   Add More branches with your level's tools or SMS for invitations by text if you need them, and check To pay now, with VAT, NHIL and GETFund shown.

   Select Pay on Paystack and pay by card or Mobile Money. You come back to Levels, and the tools are on as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Good to Know

• In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › Your Level lists everything your level includes. Levels are chosen on agoo.reviews.
• Basic is free for ever: claiming, your facts and hours, replies, flags, email alerts, the QR poster, link and rating badge, a performance overview, 50 email invitations a month, CSV export and 2 team members.
• Reviews Plus adds 1,000 email invitations a month with texts, customer lists and after-sale links, review widgets, review images to share, what your reviews are about, a monthly report, AI reply drafts, Excel and PDF exports and 5 team members.
• Reviews Business adds 5,000 email invitations a month, WhatsApp invitations from prepaid WhatsApp bundles (500 for GH₵179, 1,000 for GH₵349, 5,000 for GH₵1,590), WhatsApp alerts, invitations after payments with Paid visit, comparing branches, the Reviews API with your catalogue and webhooks, and 25 team members.
• Reviews Enterprise adds no limit on branches, sign-in through Agoo ID, your own roles, the competitor watch, a named contact and agreed reply times. It's priced on request, from GH₵2,500 a month as a guide: see Ask About Reviews Enterprise.

• Free on every level: sharing your own reviews with the badge and a link back, cases, verified official numbers and the Sorts Things Out figure.
• The page's owner and managers choose and pay for the level; branch managers and responders see it. Levels are paid for on agoo.reviews, never in the apps.
• Your invoices are under Invoices on the same page, each with a PDF receipt. Add the Name on invoices and your TIN under Your Subscription.
• To move up, choose the higher level: you pay the difference for the rest of your period. To move down, choose Book it for the period's end: you keep what you have until then.
• To stop paying, select Cancel at the period's end under Your Subscription. Your page moves to Basic then and keeps every review. Keep my level undoes it.
• Your page looks the same and is ranked the same whatever you pay. Paid levels add reach and tools away from the page.
• If your organisation uses Agoo, your level comes with your Agoo plan. Prices and every limit are on agoohq.com/pricing.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The page says "Your level comes with your Agoo plan." Your level follows your organisation's Agoo plan. To change it, change the plan in ConsoleSettingsBilling.
• A renewal didn't go through. Levels shows the renewal that's due and what the bank said. Pay it from there within 7 days and nothing changes; after that, your page moves to Basic until you pay.
• You can't see Pay on Paystack. Only the page's owner and managers can pay. Ask one of them, or ask the owner to make you a manager in Team and alerts.
• You have more than 50 branches. Larger chains are priced on request: see Ask About Reviews Enterprise.
