Manage Who Looks After Your Page

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   Select Team and alerts.

   Under Invite Someone, type their email address and choose Responder or Manager.

   Keep Every branch (head office) chosen, and select Send the invitation.

They get an email and join once they accept it, signed in with that address. To invite someone by text instead, select By phone: see Invite Your Team by Phone.

Good to Know

• In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › Team. Invite someone sends by email or by phone, and What each role can do explains the roles.
• Owner: everything, including the team, handing the page over and releasing it. Manager: replies, the page's facts and the team. Responder: replies to reviews. Select Every role, side by side for the full list.
• Basic has 2 people, Reviews Plus 5 and Reviews Business 25. Branch managers don't count against your team.
• The owner can change someone's role, select Make owner to hand the page over, or take someone off the team.
• Release the page ends the claim and the team goes. Reviews and replies stay, and you can claim it again later.
• Nobody on the team can review the business.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Your team is full on your level." Take someone off, or move to a level with more people. See review tools levels.
• An invitation wasn't accepted in time. Select Withdraw beside it and invite them again.
• You want to leave a page. Select Leave under Leave the Team.
