Apply for the Agoo Gold Mark

Ask Agoo to check that your organisation is real and that the people running your account may speak for it.

  1. Go to ConsoleSettingsOrganisation and find Verification.

  2. Select Apply for the mark.
  3. Choose what you are: A business, An organisation or A government body.
  4. Fill in the Legal name, Your role there, and the Registration number (where you have one). Add How you're authorised (optional), such as a board resolution or appointment letter.

  5. Select Send for review.

A trained reviewer at Agoo checks your registration and your authority, then emails your Owners and Admins.

Good to Know

  • The mark means your organisation is real and its representatives are authorised. It isn't a recommendation, and it can't be bought.
  • Once it's confirmed, the mark shows beside your name wherever Agoo shows organisations, with a panel saying exactly what was checked.
  • The panel shows any fee before you apply.
  • Agoo may ask for a recheck later. The panel shows the date it's due.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • You can't see Apply for the mark. Only Owners and Admins can apply. If applications are paused, the panel says so: try again later.
  • Your application wasn't confirmed. The panel gives the reason. Select Apply again with the missing details, or Appeal, say Why it should change, and select Send the appeal. Someone who didn't make the first decision looks at it.
