Update Your Organisation's Details

Change the name visitors see, your legal name and address, your country and your default time zone.

  1. Go to ConsoleSettingsOrganisation.

  2. Under Profile, change the Display name, the Legal name (optional), the Organisation type or the Data Protection Commission number (optional).

  3. Under Country and time, choose the Country and Default time zone.
  4. Under Registered address, add the address that goes on your privacy notice and invoices.
  5. Select Save changes.

Good to Know

  • The display name is what visitors see on the kiosk, passes, messages and booking pages.
  • New sites start with the default time zone. Each site keeps its own, set in ConsoleSettingsSites.
  • Changing the organisation type doesn't change the visitor forms you already have.
  • Your logo and colours are in ConsoleSettingsBranding, and billing details in ConsoleSettingsBilling.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The fields are greyed out. Only the Owner and Admins can change these details.
  • Save changes stays greyed out. Nothing has changed yet, or the Agoo address on the same page isn't free. Fix the address or put it back.
