Go to ConsoleAttendanceTimesheets. The latest period that has ended opens first.
- Check each row's Still to do: list, such as missing clock-outs, extra time waiting or leave to decide.
- Open a person to fix what's left, from their days and punches.
- Tick the people who are ready, or Choose all ready, and select Approve.
Approving your step sends a timesheet to the next one. Approving the last step locks it.
Good to Know
- Once approved, the person's days in that period are locked: punches, leave, roster shifts and decisions can't change until it's reopened.
- Clock-ins that arrive after the lock are still kept. The timesheet says Changed after it was locked.
- Nobody approves their own timesheet. HR can approve any step.
- Approvers can also approve in Agoo Workspace's Team tab, with a swipe.
- Line managers see Team timesheets for their own people.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Approve skipped some people. They still have something to fix, or the step isn't yours. Agoo says why for each.
- A timesheet sits with someone who's away. Their deputy, their manager or HR can approve it. It also moves up after the wait you set.
- You need to change a locked day. Reopen the timesheet.
