Ask Your Host for Another Time

   Open your pass from the link in your message.

   Select Another time.

   Choose the Day and times that suit you, and add why, or other times that suit you.

   Select Send the request.

You'll get a message when your host answers: your visit moves, or it stays at its time.

Good to Know

• Your pass keeps working at its current time until the host answers.
• One request at a time. To take it back, select Withdraw the request.
• Passes over several days can't use Another time. Ask your host to change the dates.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Choose a time at least half an hour from now." Pick a later time.
• Your host kept the time and you still can't come. Select Can't make it? to cancel.
