Cancel Your Visit
Let your host know you can't come, from your pass, with a note if you like.

- Open your pass from the link in your message.
- Select Can't make it?
- Add a note for your host if you like.
- Select Cancel my visit.
Your host is told, and the pass stops working.
Good to Know
- If another day would work, choose Another time instead, so you keep your pass.
- A cancelled pass is also marked as no longer valid in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You cancelled by mistake. Ask your host to invite you again. A cancelled pass can't be brought back.
