Buy an SMS Bundle or AI Pack

   Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling and find Messaging wallet.

   Under Buy an SMS bundle or AI pack, choose the bundle or pack.

   Select Buy, and pay by MoMo or card.

Good to Know

• Bundles and packs are used after your plan's allowance, and expire 12 months after you buy them.
• SMS in bundles and AI credits in packs show what's left of each.
• Every plan includes AI credits each month. Agoo AI uses them, for example to read parcel labels or draft forms.
• VAT is added at checkout.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Buy is greyed out. Only the Owner can pay, and payments must be available.
• Credits ran out mid-month. Buy another pack, or top up the wallet, which AI uses beyond its credits.
