Top Up the Messaging Wallet

   Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling and find Messaging wallet.

   Type the amount in Top up the wallet (GH₵), in whole cedis.

   Select Top up, and pay by MoMo or card on Paystack's page.

The credit is added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Good to Know

• Your plan's monthly allowance is used first, then bundles and packs you bought, then the wallet.
• Top-ups can be used for 12 months from purchase. Monthly allowances don't carry over.
• After a top-up, the Owner is emailed when the balance runs low.
• Wallet credit has no cash value and can't move to another organisation.
• WhatsApp replies beyond your plan's messages come from the wallet.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Top up is greyed out. A payment can't be made right now, or you aren't the Owner.
• Messages stopped going out. Your allowance and wallet ran out. Top up, and check your WhatsApp budget in ConsoleWhatsApp.
