Move to a Lower Plan

   Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling and select Change plan.

   Choose the cheaper plan or interval. Agoo shows the day it starts, when your paid period ends.

   Select Book it for that day.

Nothing is charged now. Your renewal invoice is for the new plan.

Good to Know

• Moving to a lower plan never deletes data.
• History follows the new plan: older records are kept hidden and come back if you move up again.
• Features above the new plan become read-only, and what you made with them is kept.
• A full organisation export still includes every record.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You changed your mind. Open Billing before the date and choose your current plan again.
• You want to stop paying altogether. Cancel instead: you move to Free when the period ends.
