Change What a Kiosk Offers

   Go to ConsoleDevices and open the device.

   Change the Name, the Entrance or the Mode if you need to.

   Under Welcome screen, tick what else the kiosk offers beside Check in: I have an invite, Check out, Delivery, Staff clock-in and Leave feedback.

   Choose a Feedback survey if the kiosk should ask visitors after they check out, or for the feedback stand.

   Under Camera for scanning, choose Automatic, Front camera or Back camera.

   Save. The device updates within a minute when it's online.

Good to Know

• Check in is always on the welcome screen in kiosk mode.
• A new kiosk offers I have an invite, Check out and Staff clock-in.
• Leave feedback needs a survey. Answers at the stand are anonymous.
• Automatic uses the front camera on a tablet in kiosk mode, and the back camera on a phone or in guard mode.
• To move a device to another site, unpair it and pair it again there.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "The feedback stand needs a survey". Choose a survey, or turn Leave feedback off.
• The kiosk hasn't changed. It must be online to pick up changes. Check it shows as Online in Devices, or use Refresh now in its device menu.
• Guard mode isn't offered. The device is a kiosk in a browser. Guard mode needs the Agoo Kiosk app.
