Check In at the Kiosk as a Visitor
What a walk-in visitor does at the kiosk, screen by screen, from Check in to their welcome.

- 2 min read
- Tap Check in on the welcome screen.
Type your name, your Company (if any) and, if you like, your Phone number (optional). With a number, you get a message when your host is ready, and a quicker check-in next time.
- Choose why you're here, such as Meeting or Interview.
Say who you're here to see: type three letters of a name and tap the right person, add someone else if you're seeing several people, choose a team, or choose No one in particular.
- Answer the questions on screen, and read and agree to the privacy notice with I've read it and I agree.
- Take your photo, or give your ID, if the kiosk asks for them. Sign any document with your finger, then tap Sign and continue.
- Read the last screen. It welcomes you, or asks you to take a seat until someone comes for you.
Good to Know
- Names only appear once three letters are typed, so nobody sees a list of staff.
- Your host is told you've arrived. If they need to approve you first, the kiosk asks you to take a seat.
- If guest Wi-Fi is shared with you, the welcome screen shows a code your phone's camera can join with.
- Untouched for a while, the kiosk asks Still there? and then clears the screen, so the next visitor never sees your details.
- The kiosk works offline too. Your host is told once it reconnects.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You can't find your host. Check the spelling, or choose No one in particular. Reception will help you.
- "No one at this site takes visitors yet." Please ask at reception.
- You made a mistake. Go back a screen to change it, or ask reception to correct your visit afterwards.
