Close a Kiosk for Now

   Go to ConsoleDevices and open the kiosk.

   Under Pause it, add A note for visitors (optional), such as "Back at 2 pm".

   Select Pause.

   When you're back, open the kiosk again and select Open it again.

The kiosk shows Closed for now with your note, and asks visitors to go to reception.

Good to Know

• A paused kiosk stays closed through a network cut.
• You can also close and open kiosks from your phone, in Agoo Workspace under Manage › Quick switches.
• Guard devices and clock-in devices aren't paused this way.
• Pausing and opening are recorded in the audit trail.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't see Pause it. Only people who can change devices see it, and only for an active kiosk. Ask an Owner or Admin.
• The kiosk still shows the welcome screen. It picks up the change when it's online. Check its status in Devices.
• A kiosk says Closed for now and nobody paused it. Open it in Devices to see who paused it and when, then select Open it again.
