Change Your Review

   Open the account menu and select Your reviews.

   Find the review and select Change.

   If you're asked What would you like to do?, choose Change this review to correct it, or Write about a new visit.

   Make your changes and select Save changes.

Good to Know

• A changed review is checked again, shows as edited and keeps its first date, so an edit never makes it count as new in the score.
• You can review the same branch about a new visit after six months (twelve for a school). The new review replaces the old one, and the form tells you before you send it.
• Your reviews shows where each review stands: Published, Being checked, Waiting for you or Removed, with the reason.
• In the Agoo Reviews app, your reviews are under You.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Change button. The review can't be changed right now, and the note beside it says why.
• Your review says Waiting for you. A moderator or our checks need one thing from you, such as confirming that health details are your own. Open it and follow the note.
• Your change hasn't appeared yet. It's being checked again, like a new review. Most checks take seconds; a review read by a person usually takes up to 2 working days.
