Go to ConsoleSettingsFeedback.
- Under Low scores, choose who is told: Owners and Admins, Each site's admins, or both.
Under Hosts, turn on Tell the host about a low score on their visit and Hosts see feedback about their own visits if you want them.
- Under How often, set how long before the same person may be asked again.
- Select Save.
Good to Know
- Each person is told by their own notification choices.
- Each site's admins and the host options come with Growth, or the Advanced feedback add-on.
- Hosts who can see feedback see only their own visits, never anyone else's. It's off by default.
- Across every organisation on Agoo, nobody is asked too often in one week, whatever you set here.
If Something Goes Wrong
- An option says it comes with Growth. It isn't on your plan. Advanced feedback adds it on Free and Starter.
- Someone isn't getting alerts. Check their own notification settings, and that they're an Owner, Admin or the site's admin.
